How I Started as a Floral Designer

I began my floral journey in 2019 and quickly discovered that my eye for detail and deep passion for design made floristry a natural calling. During the pandemic I devoted myself to study and experimentation, refining my craft and rediscovering a creative fulfillment I’d been missing — because when you truly love what you do, it shows.

Designing wedding florals is far more than selecting flowers, balancing color and texture, or mastering technique, though each of those elements is essential. What inspires me most is the artistry of the process itself: the way foliage can guide the form of an arrangement, the way each bloom seems to know where it belongs. That is where the magic lives. 

When a bride shares her vision, I listen closely for what matters most to her. From there, I translate her ideas into something layered, intentional, and deeply personal. At Party in a Vase, I believe it is the quiet details — the subtle, refined touches — that linger long after the celebration ends. .
